Three reasons to meet me

  1. 01
I speak both languages. Five years facing SME clients, with enough technical depth to talk to IT teams as a peer.
  2. 02
I learn fast, and in depth. École 42 Common Core completed: C, C++, systems and networking, through peer learning.
  3. 03
I automate what repeats. Proposal templates, scripts on the HaloPSA and Microsoft 365 APIs, AI agents.

B2B SalesInfrastructureDevelopmentAI & Automation

Five years selling IT to SMEs across French-speaking Switzerland. From hospitality to managed services, one standard throughout: understand a need before answering it.

02 Profile Who / Where / What

A non-linear path.

My career began in hospitality, on the service side. That is where I learned what matters most: listen before you propose.

Portrait of Isaac Naranjo

From IT hardware sales to managed services, my job has always been to translate a business constraint into a technical solution — and then to remain the client's point of contact once that solution is in place.

The motivation has never changed: the satisfaction of a client whose need is truly solved. Whether at a hotel front desk or in IT pre-sales, that moment is what gives commercial work its meaning.

The École 42 Common Core extends that logic. Two years of C, C++, algorithms and systems projects, to understand the technology I sell rather than simply pass it on.

The rest is for the love of it. AI agents, 3D applications, websites, automations: I build, test and experiment, because you only truly understand what you have built yourself. This site is one of those projects.
